Chef Luís Gaspar is the mentor of the concept of the restaurant "Sala de Corte", a steakhouse that enhances the essence of each piece of meat, combining the cooking process with the perfect cut and maturation.
In the "Sala de Corte" the various weights of each piece allow some dishes to be shared. The side dishes available on the menu were carefully studied, with the purpose of enriching the visitors' experience. Besides the special cuts of meat, the traditional "prego no pão" or the veal "pica-pau" are also available.
This restaurant, located in Cais do Sodré, is open every day of the week, between 12h00 and 24h00, and early table reservation is recommended. The average price is 40€ per person.
